Solution – The Lead to Cash Process flow was created by our team of Technical Architects after they studied numerous business processes with different business teams, including Sales, Service, Billing, Inventory, etc.
- Web to Lead – We developed a new product enquiry form for the non-Salesforce-based portal that generates new leads in Salesforce. These Leads are forwarded to various teams according to the items the User has chosen..
- Account Management – Built-in account types are used to handle various account segments according to criteria. Additionally, create user accounts to handle B2C use cases.
- Opportunity to Quote – Based on specific use cases, several sales processes were developed for various sales teams. Process for creating numerous quotes has been made easier, and you may now eSign the approval of the quotation discount. There were several dynamic quotation templates available.
- Order Processing – Inventory tracking is done by an integration with their internal ERP program, Infor LN. Because of this integration, order processing was real-time and accurate, and channel partners and sales teams could see the inventory while making orders, which greatly reduced their workload.

- With the use of the new platform, applicants may proceed through the procedure easily as it allows loan intake for different loan products.
- The system uses the pre-defined rule curated by business to ensure that the proper data is gathered at the appropriate time and that the proper documentation is presented for ensured eligibility.
- OCR Integration – System integrated with a third-party system to verify and validate the documents uploaded by applicants like DL copy, bank statements etc.
