As a Senior Systems Business Consultant (Oracle and UI/UX development within Analytical space), you will need to have the ability to execute appropriate Oracle and UI/UX projects and operate independently while closely working with the USS team. This position is clearly a professional position within the organization, as well as throughout the industry. Unique System Skills, LLC requires that Senior Business Consultant possess at least a bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education in Computer Science, Computer Systems, Computer Engineering, Business Administration or related field. This requirement is normal for the occupation within the industry as the position of a Senior Systems Business Consultant utilizes a theoretical and practical application of highly specialized knowledge.
Responsibility:
- Work with Business users and understand Business requirements in Department of Environmental and Consulting division.
- Clear understanding of all aspects of a SDLC – full life cycle implementation and production support for development and teaching purposes.
- Work to support the Financial Services/Banking client within Analytics space. Provide analysis, architecture, design, development and quality assurance services to enhance and extend the Data Repository.
- Work on and within Liquidity and Capital requirements projects, including working to create and improve the following areas: Inbound flows of data for calculations and reporting. This effort will leverage existing development for requirements (Collateral, Positions, Agreements, Counterparty Reference Data).
- Perform analysis and development for feeds of market, Liquidity, operations and credit risk data.
- Structure the feeds in Unified format and feed it to analytics Engine to perform calculations for active and passive wind-down scenarios.
- Lead the development of UI for Exception Framework and assist in preliminary architecture/design for overall solution architecture. He will analyze and produce
- RLEN, RLAP, and RCEN reports and address the ingestion of data feeds and subsequent storage into a database.
- Lead the requirements analysis and documentation efforts for UI/UX development of Archer application. Used tools and techniques like structuring requirements packages, creating business domain mode, analyzing end user, functional and quality service requirements.
- Define requirements assumptions and constraints, requirements attributes. Documented verified and validated business requirements.
- Conduct data mining and data profiling statistical analysis, business intelligence gathering, trending and benchmarking using tools SQL, NOSQL, PLSQL. Perform Data analytics supports decisions for high-priority, enterprise initiatives involving IT/product development, customer service improvement, organizational realignment and process reengineering.
- Identify gaps by performing data quality analysis using advance SQL scripts to validate Equity, Fixed Income, Mutual Fund and Derivatives prices that were/are sourced from existing sources or when new alternative sources get introduced.
- Very good Knowledge of PL/SQL.
- Participate in the system specification review process to ensure system requirements can be translated into valid software architecture.
- Manage all training related confidential documents for the topics.
- Design lesson plan and presentation, with assignment and project for students.
Basic Requirements:
- Minimum 13 years’ experience in software development out of which at least 8 years of experiences relevant in Oracle and database handling.
- Professional and technical expertise is a must.
- Good hands-on in Oracle, SQL, Database handling and related platform development, and architecture.
- Experience in implementing database and data analysis methodologies and techniques.
- Experience with responsive design in UI/UX.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Well versed with coding standards and structures.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems or Engineering is a must.
- Minimum 8-10 Years industry experience in ORACLE and database handling is required.
- MBA in Investments/Finance and Computer software degree both together would be highly preferred.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills required.
