Incorporated in 1780’s, by an act of the Massachusetts General Court, the client is a non-profit organization that consists of more than 25,000 physicians, medical students and residents.
Challenges:
The client has various healthcare journals, publishing contents, marketing campaigns and various modules. To enhance the product and to provide unified customer experience, they decided to build a unified platform which would host all the products on it.

USS’ Approach and Solution:
Our client chose USS to provide end to end test strategy, automate its tests and run them to ensure changes made to the product worked correctly and did not affect user experience after updates are made to the live site. To accomplish this, USS helped the client to:
- Automate its smoke and regression tests to quickly assess impact of changes made to the product.
- A downtime tracking process with proper support facility was established to cater to the testing procedures.

- Simulate 2x the user load to identify and fix any performance bottlenecks. USS generates load from Web browsers by identifying real user traffic and pattern instead of at the protocol-level to measure performance of rich UI elements providing a true measure of customer experience.
