The company has corporate offices in Nashua NH, USA, and Woburn MA, USA. USS LLC currently works with several fortune 500 companies worldwide with 22 clients in the United States, 35 clients in India, and 2 clients in the United Arab Emirates.

Our company is committed to maintaining a culture of integrity, diversity, and ethics throughout our organization and our associated partners. USS provides highly skilled IT professionals all over the globe for our clients. We also help our clients in finding IT professionals on a permanent or contract to hire basis. Santosh Salvi is the founder of UNIQUE System Skills LLC, and is an industry leader in providing Direct Hire Placement, Temporary/Contract Staffing, Temporary to Direct Hire Employment, IT Training, and Outplacement Services to the business community. Santosh has also been a consultant with over twenty years’ experience in ERP platforms comprised of Oracle, People Soft, and SAP. He is experienced in leading and managing product upgrades of HR Payroll, Financials, SCM CRM modules.

SHWETA SALVI | CO-FOUNDER & CHIEF STRATEGY

Shweta Salvi is the co-founder of UNIQUE System Skills LLC and the real estate venture, Salvi Enterprise LLC. Shweta is an experienced project manager who has consistently delivered complex global projects in the health care industries.

She has over eighteen years’ experience in IT management and has worked extensively on onsite and offshore models in various countries such as Australia, India, and in the United Kingdom.
